Refund & Cancellation Policy

Transparent terms for every booking. Your peace of mind is as important to us as the journey itself.

Last Updated · April 2026

At Target Tours India Pvt. Ltd., we strive to ensure that every booking is managed with the utmost professionalism and care. We understand that travel plans can sometimes change, and this policy outlines the terms that apply to all bookings made with us.

Section 01

Cancellation by the Customer

If you or any member of your party wishes to cancel your holiday, you must notify us in writing. The effective date of cancellation will be the date on which written notice is received in the Tours Department of Target Tours India Pvt. Ltd. The person who signed the booking form must also sign the letter of cancellation.

As cancellations incur administrative costs and retention charges by hotels and other service providers, the following cancellation charges will apply:

60 days & prior to arrival
15% of tour cost
59 to 30 days prior to arrival
25% of tour cost
29 to 15 days prior to arrival
50% of tour cost
14 days & less, or no show
No Refund
Section 02

Changes to Your Booking

If, after your confirmation invoice has been issued, you wish to change your travel arrangements in any way — for example, your chosen departure date or accommodation — we will do our utmost to make these changes, but it may not always be possible. Any change accepted may be subject to additional charges levied by hotels, airlines, or other service providers.

Section 03

Refund Processing

All eligible refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment used at the time of booking. Refunds will typically be initiated within 7–10 working days from the date of our written confirmation of the cancellation. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5–10 working days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Please note that any bank charges, payment gateway fees, currency conversion fees, or foreign exchange losses incurred during the original transaction or the refund process will be borne by the customer and deducted from the refund amount.

Section 04

Non-Refundable Components

Certain elements of your booking may be completely non-refundable regardless of the date of cancellation. These typically include but are not limited to:

  • Airline tickets (refunds will be governed by the airline’s own policy)
  • Visa fees and processing charges
  • Travel insurance premiums
  • Non-refundable hotel bookings, special events, or peak-season reservations
  • Cruise bookings and luxury train bookings (governed by the respective operator’s policy)
Section 05

Cancellation Due to Force Majeure

In case of cancellations caused by events beyond our control — including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, strikes, acts of terrorism, government restrictions, border closures, or weather-related disruptions — Target Tours India Pvt. Ltd. will make every effort to recover funds from our suppliers. However, any refund will be subject to the actual recovery from hotels, airlines, transporters, and other service providers, and certain charges may remain non-refundable.

Section 06

Cancellation by Target Tours

In the unlikely event that we are required to cancel a tour, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer you either a full refund of amounts paid or an alternative holiday of comparable value. Our liability in such cases is limited to the amount paid to us by the customer, and we shall not be liable for any consequential loss or damage.
